Developing the safety culture at First Great Western

brand-logos-fgwOrla Dunn, Safety Risk and Validation Manager at FGW asked t4c to support their annual safety leadership conference by developing a session which would headline the day, and set the context for all the other activities.

We wrote, filmed and produced a short film, with an accompanying facilitation package which was used at the start of the conference day, and which has subsequently been cascaded throughout the business during staff safety briefing sessions.

Orla says:
