In this current challenging environment where remote and hybrid working is fast becoming ‘business as usual’ we’ve worked hard to adapt our approach and our development solutions.
We know that there is something incredibly powerful and emotionally engaging about the live learning experience, but drama-based and experiential learning can have the same impact when experienced virtually. Our virtual classroom enables us to achieve levels of engagement, interaction, and commitment to trying, and committing to the new skills and behaviours that our customers are seeking, and which we are well known for.
We’ve always been proud to replicate the working reality and environment of our learners and today’s leaders and managers are working with their teams in a virtual world. We’ve worked with our customers to develop programmes which focus on the skills and behaviours required within this different and changing reality.

We’ve always delivered high impact and effective coaching support and by operating remotely we’ve continued to work with our customers successfully. Indeed, some of our coaching customers prefer this approach.

We’re continuing to deliver face to face learning as well. Working in rooms which can accommodate a socially distanced approach, we’ve adapted our methods to work safely. It’s fantastic to be able to interact with people in a live space once again.
