train4change first worked with c2c over twenty years ago. We’re thrilled to be working with this exciting business once again. The All Aboard programme launched at the end of January 2024, and included three half day modules designed specifically for c2c managers and leaders.
Each module was a standalone session and managers were able to select which and how many modules they attended. t4c used a blend of immersive drama based interaction, facilitated discussion and small group activities to engage and challenge the learners. The modules were designed as ‘taster’ and catalyst sessions to re-energise and inspire the c2c managers to continue their personal development. The modules included:
Feedback to date is extremely positive with an 88% satisfaction rating with the experience overall, 90% satisfaction with relevance, 86% satisfaction for knowledge gained and a 94% satisfaction rating for the t4c team. Managers have said:
