Our office is based near Swindon, Wiltshire, but we are used to travelling all over the UK meeting new customers, supporting current projects and building strong relationships with our fantastic team.
We’re fully committed to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience. We celebrate diversity, different approaches and points of view. We encourage our team to bring their whole self to work, to be themselves and to be authentic.
I’m lucky enough to do a job that I am passionate about – working with people every day, being creative about learning, and believing that everyone can achieve something given the very best and the right support. My career in retail management and then training and development roles have been the foundation for my current responsibilities in t4c, which sees me building partnership relationships with our customers and stakeholders, overseeing many of the projects we deliver, engaging and supporting our associate team members.
My other life sees me handling dog sled teams in Canada at long distance races where working in minus 45 suddenly makes our UK summers seem much better!

Outside of work I love riding my horse and spending time with my family. I also enjoy relaxing holidays in the sunshine.
I am responsible for all the t4c finances as well as looking after logistics, liaising with customers and suppliers alongside supporting our associate team members and overseeing routine admin tasks. I enjoy the variety and challenges of my role, organisation and multi-tasking are key skills for me! Before t4c I spent 13 years working for large corporate organisations responsible for a variety of different financial functions within their busy finance departments.

We work with a wonderful team of experts. The t4c associate team includes professional coaches, facilitators, trainers, actors, script writers, directors, editors, producers and designers. The t4c brand experience and the quality of the t4c product is entirely dependent on the people that we work with, and we therefore invest in the development of our team, undertake regular feedback and quality assurance assessments, and encourage continuous professional development. We expect a lot from our team, but we recognise potential and reward commitment with support, loyalty, shared best practice and long term partnerships.
